Sleep Study

Comprehensive sleep study needs your participation!

Dr. Sanjeev Kothare and team at Children's Hospital Boston are looking for participants for a comprehensive sleep study. The premise of the study is to gather information to help understand the sleep and non-sleep patterns of SLOS individuals. As most of us know, sleep can be a constant battle with our children and the more we know the better we can address the problem. This will be the first comprehensive sleep study and the more participants, the better knowledge will be gained. It is one very inexpensive way for each of you to contribute to research and we urge to to participate! Any SLOS individual can participate whether they sleep well or not.

To participate, print and fill out each of the questionnaires below. If your child is a minor, do not fill out the adult questionnaire. Do NOT write your/your child's name on them, but rather write it on another piece of paper/sticky note and place it on the top of the pile. When completed, send the finished forms to:

SLO/RSH Foundation
PO Box 212
Georgetown, MA 01833

When the forms are received, they will be assigned a number and forwarded to the study group who will review and possibly recommend additional tests. We will contact you if more testing is requested. It would be helpful if another set of questionnaires is filled out 1 month from the time the first set is filled out - same process applies.
